The following fees are based on the selection of a Chinese class and/or an activity class. If you have questions about the cost, please contact info@accschool.org.uk before paying.

The full fee includes the fee for the Chinese class and the textbook (Note: Happy Chinese class and Exam classes do not have a textbook). Happy Chinese Classes is now the same fee as Chinese Classes.

We are using the online payment platform: https://www.peoplesfundraising.com/membership/accs-membership 

If you have any difficulty with the online payment, please get in touch with info@accschool.org.uk for other payment methods (cash or bank transfer).

Instructions for membership payment (26/27)

1. Go to the website: https://www.peoplesfundraising.com/membership/accs-membership
2. For each registered student, please find the right membership from the list, click the “Pay” button and select “Debit/Credit Card” (this is the only payment method we are accepting. If you can’t pay via Debit/Credit Card, please contact the school via email to arrange an alternative payment).
   • Membership 1 (M1) for a student registered in a normal Chinese class (Happy Chinese, Class 1 to Class 10) plus an activity class
   • Membership 2 (M2) for a student registered in a Chinese class (Happy Chinese, Class 1 to Class 10) only
   • Membership 3 (M3) for a student registered in the Exam class (National 5, Higher/Adv. Higher) only
   • Membership 4 (M4) for a student registered in the Exam class (National 5, Higher/Adv. Higher) plus an activity class
   • Membership 5 (M5) for a student registered in an activity class only (this is used for a student who has first registered into a Chinese class only, but wants to add an activity class on a later date).
3. On the following page, here is a list of the important information you need to provide:
   • Input your personal details (we only collect your personal details to register your children, your personal details will not be used for another other purpose or not be shared with any other parties):
     • Title,
     • First name,
     • Last name,
     • Email address,
   • Questionnaire: Please provide student’s full name, Chinese class, and activity class (if any) in the questionnaire. This will allow us to link your payment to your children.
     Click “Pay” to process the payment
   • Fill in the payment information (Card details, Billing address)
   • Click “Pay” to process the payment
4. If the payment is successful,  you will be redirected to our website confirming your payment is successful. Please use the register link on this page to register your children, and your payment reference will be automatically filled in the registration form.
   You will also receive an email with your payment invoice. Please keep this invoice for your record.
5. Register your child(ren) via the link on the confirmation page if you have not done so yet. Please only register your child(ren) once.
6. We may need to contact you if there is any information missing or if we can not link your payment to your child’s registration. Therefore, please retain your membership purchase confirmation email, as we may need to ask you to provide this as evidence of payment.
